• All products displayed on this website, including VynPly Supreme BWP Grade Plywood, are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance, including grain pattern and shade, may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of wood.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free.
• Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS).
• All orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
• An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement. This does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer delivery across India through trusted logistics partners.
• Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, product availability, and carrier schedules.
• VynPly is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
• Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We take pride in our quality — every VynPly Supreme sheet undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at vynply@gmail.com or call +91 955 000 6660.
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage verified by our quality team.
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Custom-cut or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Warranty

VynPly Supreme plywood products carry a manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product packaging and documentation. This warranty covers:

• Borer and termite resistance as per BWP (Boiling Water Proof) specifications.
• Bonding strength as per IS:710 standards.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, exposure to conditions beyond product specifications, or natural wear and tear.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
• We encourage customers to reach out to our support team to resolve any concerns amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
