This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about our delivery process, timelines, charges, and coverage. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services across India:
- Pan-India Delivery: We deliver to all states and union territories across India.
- Metro Cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad enjoy faster delivery timelines.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: Most Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities are covered with extended delivery timelines.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take additional time and may incur extra charges.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For export inquiries, please contact us directly.

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or logistic disruptions. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹10,000 qualify for free standard shipping to addresses across India.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹299 – ₹999 applies for orders below ₹10,000, depending on the weight and destination.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact charge will be displayed during checkout.
- Bulk Orders: Special shipping rates are available for bulk and wholesale orders. Contact our sales team at +91 955 000 6660 for a custom quote.
- Handling Fee: Due to the heavy and fragile nature of plywood sheets, a handling/packaging surcharge of ₹150 may apply for orders with 10+ sheets.
All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. No hidden fees — ever.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.
- You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
- Custom-cut orders may require additional 1–3 business days for preparation before dispatch.
5. Packaging & Safety
We take extra care to ensure your plywood arrives in pristine condition:
- All sheets are individually wrapped in moisture-resistant protective film.
- Edge protectors are applied to prevent corner and edge damage during transit.
- Orders are secured with heavy-duty straps and placed on wooden pallets for stacking safety.
- Fragile items and decorative veneers receive additional cushioning layers.
- Our packaging standards comply with industry best practices for timber product transportation.
6. Delivery Inspection
Important: We strongly recommend inspecting your order at the time of delivery:
- Check the number of sheets against the delivery challan/invoice.
- Inspect for any visible damage to packaging or products.
- If damage is noticed, note it on the delivery receipt and take photographs immediately.
- Report any discrepancies within 48 hours to our support team at vynply@gmail.com or call +91 955 000 6660.
- Once signed as "received in good condition," claims for external damage may not be entertained.
7. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If you are unavailable, the delivery agent will contact you via the phone number provided during checkout.
- After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery may be arranged at the customer's expense, or a refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout may result in delivery delays or failures, for which VynPly is not liable.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.
- Government restrictions, curfews, or lockdowns.
- Strikes, labour disruptions, or carrier issues.
- Public holidays or high-demand festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, New Year).
In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS and make every effort to deliver your order at the earliest opportunity. VynPly shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events.
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- For custom-cut orders already in production, cancellations may attract a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value.
