This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the process for returning or exchanging products purchased from www.vynply.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Defects: Products with visible manufacturing defects including delamination, warping, uneven thickness, or structural damage not caused by handling.
- Transit Damage: Products damaged during shipping — including cracked edges, broken corners, water damage, or crushed sheets.
- Wrong Product: If you received a product different from what was ordered (wrong thickness, size, or grade).
- Missing Items: If your order is incomplete and one or more sheets are missing from the shipment.
Important: All return claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-cut / Made-to-order plywood sheets (unless defective).
- Products that have been installed, used, cut, or altered after delivery.
- Products with damage caused by improper storage, handling, or usage by the customer.
- Minor variations in colour, grain pattern, or shade — these are natural characteristics of wood and not considered defects.
- Products where the 48-hour reporting window has expired.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to request a return:

Report the Issue
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at vynply@gmail.com or call +91 955 000 6660. Include your Order ID and a clear description of the issue.

Provide Evidence
Share clear photographs and/or videos showing the defect or damage. Include images of the packaging, labels, and the affected area of the product.

Verification & Approval
Our quality team will review your submission within 24-48 hours and notify you of the approval or additional steps required.

Pickup & Resolution
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address. You can choose a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Process
Once a return is approved and the product is picked up/received:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase:
- UPI / Bank Transfer: Refund to the original bank account.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the original card (may take 5–7 additional days to reflect).
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer — NEFT details will be requested.
- Shipping charges paid during the original order are fully refundable for defective/damaged products.
- For orders with partial returns (some items returned, some kept), only the value of returned items will be refunded.
5. Exchange Policy
- If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new product free of charge once the return is approved.
- Exchange is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative product of equal or lesser value.
- Replacement orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
- Standard delivery timelines apply for replacement shipments.
6. Cancellation Before Delivery
- You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it is dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery instead.
- To cancel, contact us via email or phone with your Order ID.
- Custom-cut orders already in production may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value.
7. Warranty Claims
VynPly Supreme plywood carries a manufacturer's warranty covering:
- Borer & Termite Resistance — as per BWP (Boiling Water Proof) specifications.
- Bonding Strength — as per IS:710 Indian Standards.
- Structural Integrity — under normal usage conditions for the specified warranty period.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation or non-recommended usage.
- Exposure to conditions beyond product specifications (extreme heat, chemical contact).
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Cosmetic changes due to natural wood aging.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your purchase invoice, product details, and evidence of the defect.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our return/refund decision:
- Write to us at vynply@gmail.com with your concern. Our senior support team will review your case within 5 business days.
- We believe in amicable resolution and will work with you to find a fair outcome.
- Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
